Diaphragm compressors generally suitable for the absolute temperature and atmospheric pressure of not less than 0.1MPa suction state, but generally should not exceed the suction pressure 0.05MPa (gauge), if the suction pressure is reduced to the absolute 0.1MPa atmospheric pressure below the suction pressure will decrease as significantly reduce the efficiency of the compressor, so that displacement of the machine down.
